Wire colours
A node of the Style graph, in the Wireframe group.
Wireframe appears too when the wireframe look is on, and goes into the third input of Combine. It is a group of two atoms: Wire paths (where the mesh's edges cross the frame, and whether one behind the surface is left out, dotted or darker), then Wire colours.
Takes: wire paths (wire-paths), colour (text), glow_materials (text) · Gives: layer
Settings
| Setting | What it does | Range | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Colour | The edges' colour: dark, or steps along the ramp. | None, Dark, Selout 1, Selout 2, Selout 3, Highlight 1, Highlight 2, Highlight 3 | none |
Glowing materialsglow_materials | Materials whose edges glow, by number, separated by commas. | text | — |
Every setting is also an input: wire a value into it to change it per pixel. On the command line: pxr graph set game.pixor --which style --node wire-colours --set KEY=VALUE.
What it wires to
Its wire paths input takes wire-paths, which these give: Wire paths.
What it gives, a layer, goes into: CRT, Output, Cleanup, Combine, Lines, Mesh edges, Choose by mask, Colour edges, Dither mix, Flatten, Layer over, Paint, and 10 more.
In the app, drag a wire from one of its dots: every dot the wire fits is ringed.
How it fits with the rest: the Style graph in the manual.
